Terrific Thursday.

Good evening folks! I hope you've had a good day? :) I'm literally so exhausted after having a terrific yet very long day (actually I just crashed in my sofa and I won't get up until it's bedtime). L and I headed back to Örebro early this morning for our final presentation of our essay that was due Monday earlier this week. It went great and now I only have one more course before I'm off for summer break! It's crazy how fast this term has passed us by and the fact that we've only got five more weeks feels awesome!!

The next and final course starts on the 3rd of May which means we're free for a week from today until then! Still we have planned lots of fun activities where the first event will take place tomorrow. A mini-festival called "Campus 48hours" will take place in Örebro tomorrow Friday + Saturday and apparently they have sold over 2000 tickets?! Which means that there will be lots of people and hopefully good music to dance to. In other words, paaarty all weekend ;) Besides Sunday, when the girls and I will be heading to the movies. 

Pretty awesome weekend to look forward to, I can't wait for it to start! Yet I'm so happy to have a chill out evening at home tonight to unpack my suitcase (after my seven day stay in Stockholm). Jason Mraz will keep me company tonight and hopefully so will V if we have time for a Skype date? :) Talk to you guys later!

After finishing our essay yesterday L and I headed to town for lunch and some shopping! Best way to celebrate if you ask me ;) One of our stops was the huge shoe store Skopunkten. We ended up with several pairs of different shoes and both of us bought three pairs since they had a offer, take three and pay for two! 

I choose a classic nude pair, a pair of black ballerinas and a navy blue pair of sneakers. I love them all! Today's plans are to simply enjoy the day off and visit my family in the afternoon. I'm so happy we finished with our assignment on time and to be able to have two free days here in my hometown. 

Tomorrow afternoon I'm meeting up with my good friend K and later I'm heading for an one hour massage! I can't wait for it. Besides I'm not the only one going, L got an earlier appointment tomorrow as well and I also found a good time for V later in the evening so the three of us will be treated as king/queens tomorrow :) Anyway time to get ready and start this new day, I have some packing to do before I head out to my family! Later skaters!

V came and surprised me with this beautiful rose and adorable card at the train station last night. It's the little things that count in a relationship and by just showing up yesterday made so happy but when I saw the red rose it truly made my day. These little words that mean the world to me. No one makes me happier than you V ♥ This my friends is something I would like to call true love!

Stormy Weather.

Good morning dear readers! I trust you all slept well? :) After a long day yesterday with meetings, studying and a two hour long train journey I arrived here in Stockholm late last night and slept like a little bear cub in V's arms until his alarm went off this morning. In other words I woke up with nothing but smiles today that despite the fact that it's literally pouring down outside (!), crazy April weather..

Anyway I'd love to stay indoors today yet I have to get ready to head out to L's mother's house since we have to continue our work on the essay for next week. I'd rather do it today and be free all weekend, that is our mission ;) After that we'll hopefully have both Tuesday and Wednesday off before we head back to Örebro on Thursday morning.

Later today V and I have been invited to his friend J and his girlfriend S for dinner, I believe M (another friend of V) will also join us and I'm sure we'll have lots of fun! Besides that I don't believe we have that much planned for the weekend. It seems as if tomorrow's weather will be a lot better so hopefully we'll spend some time outdoors. Enough said, time to get ready and jump into the shower! Have a fantastic Friday everyone!

Efficient Day.

Good evening rock stars! I hope you've had a Terrific Tuesday? :) Despite the rough start with today's early morning I must say it turned out pretty good! L and I studied a lot and advanced on our writing for the big assignment that is due next week, yay!!

I also attended a meeting in the afternoon and after that L and I decided to hit the gym?! I honestly don't know where I got the energy from but we worked out for about one hour. We had so much fun, I'll probably have some difficulties in walking up and down the school staircases tomorrow.. Haha!

Anyway I've had dinner and I'm now all tucked in while listening to soft music. Probably the best way to end such an efficient day! I feel so proud over L and myself for all the work we managed to accomplish today, feels pretty awesome ;) I'm waiting for V now and for a very much longed-for Skype date! ♥

Tired Tuesday.

Rise & shine people! I had to get up way too early since I had booked the laundry room from 7 AM. So I'm a little bit tired today, yet it's not raining outside like it did yesterday and that makes me a lot happier! Also according to the weather cast it seems as if we'll get even better days this week!

My plan this morning is to cook thai chicken for my lunch box for today and the upcoming days that I have left in Örebro before I'll be heading to Stockholm on Thursday evening. I'm meeting up with my dear friend L at 9:30 AM so I better get to it now! :) It seems as if I have a long day ahead today with lots of studying to do but also two important meetings that I must attend. Hopefully I'll have time to write more tonight if not I wish you an awesome day!

Good morning folks! I trust you all slept well? :) I had an early appointment at the Health Center on Campus this morning. I've been having some trubble with irregular pain in my left arm but hopefully it will get better soon. Anyway, I'm at the University's Library at the moment, checking e-mails and looking at new litterature lists for the next course that will start in May.

I'm meeting my seminar group after lunch so my plan is to continue reading this week's articles. It seems to me that Spring has fled Örebro after a sunny weekend since I woke up to rain/snow coming down outside my bedroom window this morning. Hunter boots on but I'm hoping for Converse tomorrow ;)

The Beagle.

Finally, V and I have decided that within two or three years we will buy a little Beagle to call our own. I have always been and will probably always be a "dog person" so I couldn't be happier about it! :) I found this video on youtube, check out the adorable puppies! I'm so in love!!

Soft Sunday.

Good evening to you all! I hope you've had a terrific weekend! After studying an entire afternoon my head feels like a squashed potato. L and have started on our second home assignment that is due on the 24th of April but we're aiming to finish it by the end of next week. We're actually not the only group who's decided to write the assignment in our home town, Stockholm ;) It would be awesome to have the upcoming weekend free from studies..!

Anyway I did spend a couple of days in Stockholm this weekend with V, his family & his friend J. I had to leave when I heard of the sad news that has occupied V's and his family's thoughts all weekend. The terrible loss of their beloved cat Suzy, a most dear family member that had stayed with them for 17 years. May she rest in peace ♥

L & M came over to have dinner at my place after studying all day. Pizza on a Sunday couldn't have been a better reward, yet I'm dreading tomorrow's work out to burn off all the calories (!) but I'm sure it will work out just fine. I'm sorry but my tired eyes really needs to get some sleep now so I'll talk to you guys tomorrow! Sweet dreams

Home Again.

I'm home again after two wonderful weeks in Stockholm, spending time with my boyfriend, family & friends and celebrating Easter. As you can see from the pictures above in the collage we were lucky to have great weather a few days with plenty of sunshine but with cool temperatures.

I've had time to re-charge my batteries by spending lots of quality time with my love and so now I'm ready to keep on studying. It's crazy because I only have seven weeks left before Summer (!) and then I'm done with my first term at Uni. Amazing how time flies.

This week will be very busy as I'm now entering the last two weeks of this course. We have another big assignment/paper to write and hand in by the 25th of April.

In other words I've got lots of reading, planning and writing to do. Still I'm really looking forward to write it with my dear friend L. Besides, we will be writing it in Stockholm, yes I'm going back next week and I couldn't be happier about it! :)

I once watched you from a distance, how I loved and still love to see you smile. The endless nights I lay awake, dreaming, hoping and wishing that you one day would be mine, if so only for a while. I never thought I'd have the nerve to walk up to you but I'm so glad I did. Even though I was nothing but a scared and insecure little teenage kid.

I knew it from the very start that this love would capture not just my soul but also my entire heart. For all precious moments I share with you truly is the happiest times of my life and therefore I would never want us to be apart. I love you just the way you are. Rise & shine people! I'm so happy that it's Thursday and that today is the official start of the Easter holiday's. V is working half day today so hopefully I'll be seeing him home again around 2 PM. Tonight we're meeting up with my two good friends from Örebro, K & L and their boyfriends to go bowling! I'm sure it will be lots of fun!

Besides that it's been a great week so far! Last Tuesday V and I hang out with his two closest friends J & M and their girlfriends S & M. We sat outdoors for a couple of hours drinking beer in the sun and we ended the evening with pizza at M & M's place. All in all it was a great evening, I haven't laughed so much in ages..! :)

Yesterday afternoon was spent with L in town and I also had time to surprise V at work. I wish you could have seen his surprised look when I entered the office. It felt as if my heart would pop out my chest when I saw his smile..! Truly, that is the best feeling in the world ♥

In the evening we stayed in watching Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire - one of the best movies in the series if you ask me! The best way to end a great day!

Welcome Monday and yet another new week! I've been busy all morning cleaning and tiding up V's apartment since there was no time nor energy to do so during the weekend. Feels great to start a new week with fresh and clean spaces :)

I hope you had an awesome Friday and Saturday! V and I spent Friday evening with some of his colleagues at Pontus!, a popular bar/restaurant in Stockholm where lots of men in suits hang out on weekly after works.

Saturday morning we headed to the gym, had pancakes for lunch and spent the afternoon at home. In the evening we were invited for dinner at V's friend A's place. I had the best vegetarian lasagne ever!! After some jammin' and a few drinks later we headed out to dance, we didn't come home until 4 AM (!) talking about an awesome night out!

I woke up with an awful hang over, still I had promised to visit my parent's house and hang out with my family. My mom and I did some Easter decorations and talked about all the new adventures I've had in Örebro. It felt great to spend some quality time with my beloved brothers and parents. In the evening V invited me to the movies and we saw "Hunger Games" which turned out to be a great movie! All in all, the perfect way to end an awesome weekend! :)
