Rise & Shine.

Good morning terrific Tuesday. Since Saturday my father and I have started the day with a long power walk around the neighbourhood. Previously I have been far too lazy to get up early in the morning and to go out for a walk before breakfast but I have realized how good it makes you feel.

Now I believe I have become addicted to it! ;) Crazy. Anyway, we will continue with it since it is a great way to start a new day. Fresh air makes you rise & shine, have a great day everyone!
