Back to Business.

Today was my second day at the Spanish clothing company Zara, the flagship store located in the heart of Stockholm. As some of you already might know I worked there for about two years before moving to Örebro. I'm happy to be back over the summer and to be able to work & hang out with so many great people! Truly I've missed them all! 

Still, I'd seem to have forgotten how truly demanding the job really is. My poor feet and legs which haven't been used to be running up and down in stairs, carrying 25 pair of jeans and other clothes and items are in chock right now.. 

You have no idea how badly they need a massage, hopefully I'll manage without it for tomorrow awaits yet another long day and Sunday as well. Call me crazy but I've actually signed up for a full time schedule the entire July and August. I've realized that I really need a new pair of shoes to work in too if I'm going to "survive" the summer ;)

Anyway time to get ready for bed, I was hoping to get up early and head out for a power walk before work but it all depends on how my feet feel tomorrow morning. Sweet dreams!

Sexy Back.

While checking out the latest items online at Zara I found this elegant yet sexy piece! The ultimate party top for this summer and for only 279:- sek it's definitely a keeper! I'm happy it fits well in my closet and student budget ;) Therefore I name it today's tip! Happy shopping!

Today's Outfit.

Haha sorry for the bad mirror pose that cut of my ankles ;) Anyway I figured it was time to post this year's first outfit so here it goes! I'm wearing my favourite jeans from Zara and thin silk blouse also from Zara. After working there for 1,5 years one can say that I've bought some beautiful pieces from the store - not to mention all the shoes! :) And the big SALE is still on in case some of you wonder..

Army feat. Leather.

Here is one of my latest purchases from the big SALE at Zara that begun on the 26th of December, the perfect Army jacket! It arrived some time during last fall around September if I'm not mistaken? And it sold out in only a few days. I was so dissapointed for I had been looking at it several times while at work.

I've been wanting a classic Army jacket for some time but I thought that this one with the black leather arms was a lot cooler! It works with a warm sweater underneath or with a fake fur vest on top!

As it turns out, the former store where I used to work at had a delivery of three similar jackets just before the SALE..! Luckily enough I managed to get a hold on one of them when the SALE started. Guess if I'm happy?! ;) Looking forward to wear it this spring/summer & upcoming autumn with a warm knit underneath. I'm thinking a white t-shirt, black or blue jeans & boots or converse to go with it and a statement bag to make it elegant! The perfect everyday look if you ask me ;)

Not only do I love the beautiful setting for where this picture above was taken (read; one of the many fancy streets in London) but also the coolest red pants and the way she combined it with the black little jacket + cowboy hat. I still haven't found the perfect red jeans yet. I'm hoping that Zara will deliver new models where sofar I've only seen these red leather pants sofar. More info later.

Opening Soon.

I'm so looking forward to the opening of the Zara webshop that will be launched on the 3rd of March this year. One will be able to purchase accessories, clothing & shoes from all three departments, women, men & children. The count down has officially begun!

Wonderful Weekend.

Wow, I can't believe the weekend is almost over. I've been so busy working and celebrating both my friend V's birthday and the fact that our princess Victoria Bernadotte finally got her beloved husband Daniel Westling. The entire city bloomed yesterday and there were parties all over Stockholm. It was an amazing night.

Work has gone great! A lot of new information to take in of course but hopefully I'll get used to all the new routines very soon. The new colleagues seem so lovely! I'm positive we'll make a new great team and I'm thankful for all their help they've given me on my first two days at Zara. It's all been a warm very welcoming start. I'm lovin' it!

Anyway I'm exhausted and honestly need to get some sleep. I hope you all had a terrific weekend as well! Sweet dreams my angels. ♥ Liv

New challanges awaits at Zara.

The job interview for which I attended yesterday was at the headquarters of Zara in Stockholm. I'd prepared myself all Sunday and got a few last tips from my father while we were on the road towards town. The interview went well and they said that they would contact me later this week.

Although I did not know then that one of the managers from one of the stores would call me later the same afternoon! I came home received the call and went back to town again. It's official now, I'm starting working on Saturday this week and will have a full-time job entire July. Yay!

Therefore yesterday I went out celebrating with R at my favourite hotel in Stockholm, The Rival Hotel. From Saturday on you are more than welcome to come and visit me at Zara, Drottninggatan 68, Stockholm. I'm looking forward to the new challenges that awaits at Zara.
