Another week has almost reached its end and tomorrow starts yet a new one. Since my four weeks of practice has ended I'm back to school now with new classes starting on Monday. Besides it will also be my second week of hard training at the gym ;)
I'm sorry I don't want to brag or anything but I really do feel proud of myself ♥ I have always been a "planning person" and so I have planned and set up goals to start working out, to my greatest disappointment I've failed an infinite number of times. But this time it's for real. Beach of 2010 here I come.
It was a bit easier for me to start since my entire family joined the gym together. Here is my tip! Start working out with a friend or a family member and later you will see that it will be a trigger to try exercising on your own or with new/old friends. I'm not saying that I'm an expert at this but I honestly feel a lot better and have more energy.
I know, it's only been one week but it makes me happy that I can feel it already! And for those of you who are also struggling and who finds it difficult to get started, believe in yourself. If my family and I can do it I know you will be able to do it too! Find the Will to get started. Are you with me? ;)
P.S. I can't believe it but it feels like I'm becoming some kind of workout junkie? *lol* D.S.
